What’s the role?

We’re looking for someone to join our sales team. You’ll be key to our growth efforts.

You will be a creative problem-solver who can use character and persuasion to generate leads, drive awareness, build relationships and enhance average order value.

This is a brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, and to lead a growing brand with international ambitions on the front-line. You will be solving a genuine problem for people who lack time, in a way that no business has been able to before.

What responsibilities can you expect at Cudoni?

• Developing and executing a lead generation strategy.
• Based on your research, planning budget allocation across key growth areas.
• Leading street-level campaigns.
• Involvement in wider business development and growth.
• Helping to define, and executing against, acquisition and retention KPIs within sales.
• Creating and managing campaigns; both acquisition and retention.
• Reporting strategic insights and key metrics to the management team.

What skills and qualities do we require at Cudoni?

• Relevant work experience in sales, having ideally had some experience in the luxury and/or fashion spaces.
• Confidence in your ability – you will start in the deep-end.
• Analytically-minded. Experience with campaign planning and execution would be beneficial, but not essential.
• A keen interest in the fashion / luxury space is important.
• Autonomous in approach, competitive, hard-working and enthusiastic.
• Strong communication skills and able to effectively convey our brand image. A high standard of written and spoken English is essential.
