We are EatFirst – an online food brand.

Our chefs are trained in top restaurants and use high quality seasonal ingredients from local, independent suppliers to create delicious, international dishes to be delivered across London.

What do we offer?

EatFirst is looking for an ambitious B2B Growth Manager to drive corporate sales. You will be responsible for generating and building opportunities, targeting decision makers (From Office Managers, PAs/EAs, to HR Managers and Executives) and educating them about EatFirst’s great food and technology platform. You will be helping them launch EatFirst in their office.

What the role involves?

* Building a pipeline of qualified leads through emails, phone calls and other outbound techniques
* Building partnerships or engaging in industry events to drive lead generation
* Gathering information about customer needs, really understanding their requirements and motivations to both grow business and feed back into our product development team
* Creating engaging content to win potential customers
* Converting leads through education about EatFirst’s services, benefits and food offerings
* Recommending vendors for bespoke occasions
* Pipeline management through our CRM system


* 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a strong demonstrable track record
* Proven ability to generate and close leads
* Strong and natural communicator at all levels, especially via email and over the phone
* Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to find creative solutions for companies
* Passion for food, nutrition and wellness essential
* Organised and process driven
* Experience with CRM system and email marketing tools is a plus
