*Partnerships Executive*

As a business, our success rests on our ability to attract a steadily increasing stream of interested customers. Whilst we are working on opening up a number of marketing channels, we believe that there is a lot of opportunity to drive growth through partnerships.

There are thousands of different individuals, small groups and organisations - from GPs to Independent Financial Advisors to local hospital discharge units, who work for, with or support the elderly across the UK. All of whom could potentially become customer referral engines for Elder. We want to bring you on board to help us unlock this possibility.


*Business development: Lead the identification of decision makers and reach out to potential partners. Building a pipeline of potential partners that provide us with an ongoing source of leads/customers.
*Pitching: Sell proposed partnerships at the right level to achieve success. This will involve flexing your style to be able to find common ground with a variety of people from those with clear commercial objectives, to those who just want to help.
*Execution: Drive and deliver a project all the way from concept to reality. Working with relevant internal and external teams that are required to bring a potential partnership to life.


*Being relentless: With over 20,000 possible opportunities and an uncapped commission structure, success truly is in your own hands. You will need to work very hard in building your funnel.
*Commercial acumen: The ability to structure commercial agreements with potential partners. An ability to spot an opportunity and structure a partnership in a manner that makes great sense and solves problems for both parties.
*Self-starter: Someone who can see the bigger picture but also stay very close to the details, you need to be comfortable working with significant amounts of autonomy, in an ambiguous environment.
*Communication skills: The ability to articulate your plans and ideas both inside and outside of the organisation.
*Tenacity: The ability to stay the course and see a project through to fruition. Overcoming hurdles that arise along the way and having the vision and conviction to deliver something truly meaningful for the company.
