*What is the role?*

We’re looking for a lead qualification executive to join our small but growing team.

*Key responsibilities*

You’ll be an integral part of our operation working closely together with our lead qualification manager.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying all our incomings leads delivering on strict and ambitious response times and service quality goals.

You’ll also be managing relationships with our small to medium business clients and passing on their feedback to the rest of the team to drive improvements and innovation.

*Your KPIs*

Your targets will all be aimed at driving efficiency and speed in our process and we’ll look at metrics including but not limited to the following:
* First response time
* Time to full qualification
* Qualification rate

*The ideal candidate*

* Has 1-2+ years relevant experience
* Has had previous experience with customer service as well as common CRM systems
* Strives to wow people with their service - both our clients and their leads
* Is all about speed - you love to get things done fast (and properly)
* Excellent written English
* Comfortable with numbers
* Loves getting stuck in and isn’t afraid to be out of their comfort zone
