Unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s hottest FinTech companies providing payment plans and season tickets for consumers, helping commuters save time and money on their trip to work. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Enterprise Business and drive growth in spreading the message of our unique platform. We are a fun, entrepreneurial and passionate business that is looking to disrupt how people pay for their trip to work. We are growing quickly with over £50mn of tickets processed to date, thousands of happy customers and big pipeline of new product innovation. We recently raised £2.5mn from leading UK angels and investors such Peter Jackson (CEO Travelex), Andy Murray (World No 1 Tennis Player), Anthony Gutman (Co-Head Goldman IBD), Gavin Casey (CEO London Stock Exchange).

*The role*

CommuterClub are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business growth in our enterprise sales team. You will be the responsible for generating interest and demand for our platform, through proactive outreach to clients and HR professionals. Below are some of the key aspects of the role:

* Researching target companies and developing strategies to approach these companies from a sales perspective
* Identifying and calling the decision maker within the business to book demo meetings for B2B team
* Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source leads and send inmails & messages
* Hit weekly KPIs and sales targets
* The role comes with a £20 - 24K base and comes with a generous commission structure

*The candidate*

We are looking for self-starter who can thrive in an unstructured entrepreneurial environment. We are a fast-growing company in a fast-growing market, and we're hugely ambitious. If you don’t like rapid change and lack of a highly-structured schedule, we might not be for you. This is a great stepping stone to becoming a Sales Executive and owning the end to end sales process, after having established successful track record in business development.

* Ambitious and hard-working people with 1-3 years' experience in targeted sales such as SaaS sales, recruitment, media sales, estate agency, delegate or events sales
* Candidates with the drive to meet and exceed revenue targets month on month
* Those looking to build a successful career and looking to learn verbal and written communication skills for top-level presentations
* Ability to cultivate sales leads and book meetings with decision makers using LinkedIn, Email, and Phone
* Exceptional communication skills, with ability to build rapport and cultivate industry leaders in HR
