Role breakdown:
• Work closely with the Head of Events & Brand Partnerships to deliver wholly owned activations, experience hires & workshops
• Create detailed event sheets to share with all departments
• Work closely with director of innovation on deadlines, bespoke details such as flavourings & quantities for experiences
• Coordinate all logistics for events once confirmed by head of events including travel, staff, equipment, flavours & any marketing materials required
• Recruit & train event staff on all experiences & bespoke items
• Manage key projects - summer parties & Discovery Room
• Account manage key clients - new & existing
• Project manage workshops with partners
• Participate in team brainstorm sessions for bespoke brand events/activations/products
• Keep on top of trends, events, products & industry news
• Attend regular networking events
• Create event feedback & relevant reports
• Pitch to corporate clients & event agencies
• Create proposal/pitch decks using S&S templates
• Meet sales targets for signature S&S experiences hires
• Be able to work with flexible hours including evenings & weekends
