We are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join our sales team to help build strong partnerships with assigned accounts, shaping and realizing joint strategies to grow sales and profit, increase market share, respecting at all times the image and priorities of our brand.

*The profile we are looking for*
The successful candidate will combine elements of customer service, account management, business development. You will be individually responsible for the development of your market. Initially introducing our service offering, securing first sales, following through on its execution and developing strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision makers and business functions including HR and Purchasing. You'll be well versed in managing relationships at all levels and lead from the front in terms of best practice.

*Main responsibilities*
* Enhance Evendo UK’s position within each corporate account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the account
* Fluent advocate of the Evendo story. Educate clients on how the Evendo platform and existing features help them to reach their business goals and execute on budgets.
* Identify and qualify business and customer opportunities and/or threats; understand the account potential, competitors and position in the market and requirements for doing business
* Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within priority accounts
* Develop and execute a territory action plan to achieve revenue quota
* Focus on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets
* Maintain a clear updated view of your sales pipeline. Use and accurately maintain the company’s CRM system for all customer and sales process data to ensure teamwork, collaboration, and global transparency towards providing an amazing customer experience.
* Fill out appropriate proposal spreadsheets, build presentation materials, communicate ad specifications and enter proposal data in relevant systems as required. Follow proposals through decision-making and purchasing process to closure
* Represent company at local, state, regional and national conferences and exhibits
* Undertake targeted marketing and networking activities to identify and reach out to prospective customers

*Role requirements*
* 5+ years of experience in a field sales environment
* Experience in selling software application solutions will be considered a plus
* Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
* Experience selling to Fortune 1000 organisations
* Understands how to strategically and effectively navigate organisations
* Experience in consultative and solution seeking an approach to selling
* Ability to work under deadlines to hit goals, organise and prioritise responsibilities
* Passion to educate your clients and close deals quickly
* Ability to travel up to 40% - 50% of the time
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
* Expertise in IT
* No 9 - to - 5 mentality
