We educate and inform young people so they can make informed decisions about their future – and work with employers and universities to connect students to the best opportunities for them.

*What's the gig?*

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us grow by sourcing and engaging with new clients. We've already got an extensive prospects list for you to get started with.

We're looking for someone with digital marketing and media sales experience, outgoing, confident, persistent and ambitious. We’re a small, creative and dynamic team, so we’re looking for a self-starter with initiative and plenty of ideas, who wants to learn and develop quickly.

You’ll work alongside the founder with responsibilities including contacting clients, booking meetings, attending sales calls and meetings and importantly manage relationships. We want you to make us the go to partner for our clients.

*Key responsibilities*
* Developing new business opportunities by making contact with new clients
* Closing sales
* Building a strong in-depth product knowledge
* Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of the product
* Consistently achieving monthly targets
* Ensure exceptional representation of Success at School’s brand in dealing with customers;
* Keep clear and detailed records on our CRM

* Persistence and the ability to persuade
* Motivation to achieve results
* A confident and professional telephone and email manner, and the ability to build rapport
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Curiosity and a love of learning new skills and knowledge
* A desire to continually better themselves
* Tenacity and the target-driven attitude of a sales person
* Excellent MS Office and IT skills
* Confidence with technology and the ability to quickly pick up new systems and software
* Experience in lead generation and sales

We are very open to flexible working arrangements especially for the right candidate. The candidate must be be able to work from central/north west london for 1 or 2 days a week to attend meetings with the team and see clients.
