As a growing Fin-tech start-up, our mission is to put the enjoyment back into running a retail of hospitality business. VestiPOS helps our customers save time and gives them to tools to enable them to grow their sales. Business owners use our software to manage their sales, customers, staff and accounting needs. Our technology works – we process over a £1 through our platform every second. Our platform powers some of the fastest growing retailers and hospitality businesses across the UK.

*What will I be doing at VestiPOS?*
As one of the first hires joining the company, you’ll be working in our small (but quickly growing) team with direct responsibility for sales strategy, working closely with our CEO to help us achieve growth moving forward in both our local and international markets.

*Your aim:* To identify and onboard new businesses that can benefit from using the VestiPOS platform.

* Developing the marketing and roll-out strategy (‘Growth Hacking’)
* Developing a portfolio of clients and contacts
* Engaging with existing customer base, identifying opportunities for growth
* Acquisition of new customers
* Meeting sales target KPI’s
* Maintain a high level of market engagement
* Performing product demonstrations and see sales through to completion
* Local and (optionally in the future) international travel
* Identifying lucrative areas of the market to focus on
* Suggest app improvements and ideas based on feedback
* Connect with potential users over social media to engage them with the brand
* Making digital content that people actually want to read
* Leading our twitter and blogging efforts – casual tone

* Track record of achieving targets
* Driven self-starter who can spot new opportunities and seize the initiative
* Proactive, ambitious and commercially oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent networking and presenting abilities

* Two years top quality sales experience
* Experience of a CRM system (we use HubSpot)
* Knowledge and experience of sales within the SME retail and hospitality market
* Experience of using an EPOS system
* Powerful online presence and marketing proficiency
* Telesales and/or direct sales experience
