Your Role

The Business Development Manager at Wecudos will oversee the acquisition of new B2B customers and development of a strong brand affinity in the UK’s private health sector. This critical role will involve close collaboration with the business, product and of course our customer facing departments to lead our sales efforts and ultimately shape the future of personalised healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:
I. to oversee and co-ordinate the development of the Wecudos Strategical Growth Plan
II. to maintain and develop existing partnerships, whilst also continually identifying and executing new corporates/brands/sponsors/institutions to service and grow the Wecudos user base and generate revenue for the company
III. to take the lead role in evaluating new business opportunities for Wecudos and developing the sales, marketing and business pipelines to bringing new prospective partners to work within the company’s ecosystem
IV. to structure an effective team approach to continuously build a pipeline of prospects and to establish new and meaningful relationships to engage new individuals and organisations as active participants within Wecudos
V. to be integrally involved with formulating intellectual property (IP) strategies
VI. to actively run and maintain Wecudos “pitch events”, and actively seeking new revenue opportunities for the company within the health & wellness industries
VII. to develop and expand Wecudos revenue through partnerships with corporates and health & wellness institutional partners across the diverse private health sector
VIII. to develop and expand the Wecudos referral network that promotes the growth of Wecudos and our partners
IX. to develop and expand online/offline advertisement revenues from our partners and sponsors
X. to develop and focus on key business metrics and the regular demonstration of regular positive impact on Wecudos through new and existing partnerships
XI. to organise and hold regular meetings with the Wecudos team to ensure all strategies and pipelines are delivered on time and executed to a high level

Skills Required:
Prior experience in B2B healthcare sales and developing relationships with key decision makers in private, public health sectors
Strong leadership and management attributes
Strong “people” skills and the confidence in public speaking
Firm understanding of the “art” of customer development with experience using online software (eg hubspot, salesforce) to manage the entire sales and product implementation processes
Experience interpreting sales and growth metrics to help guide the development of new products, features and indeed customer development channels
Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills
