*Business Development Manager*

Salary: £40,000 - 55,000 (£23,000 - £28,000 Basic + uncapped commission)

Taskeater works with some of the fastest growing startups in the UK and Europe, helping small to medium-sized business put together time and cost-saving solutions to enhance their operational process and accelerate sales growth. Clients outsource offshore business processes including lead generation, content moderation, data entry and processing, and tagging and categorisation for e-commerce. We have grown by about 100% year-on-year and need hungry and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our existing team to maintain our growth. * Develop, qualify and manage your own pipeline - we have lots of leads!
* Present Taskeater services to businesses in person and over the telephone.
* Onboarding new clients and helping transfer them to the operations team.
* Maintaining a growing CRM system and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
* Identifying new verticals and sectors to sell to.

*Ideal Candidate*
* 6 months to 2 years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record, or a recent Graduate looking for a start in sales
* A natural communicator, especially over the telephone and via email
* Have excellent written communication skills
* Have strong presentational skills
* Be extremely proactive, driven and self-motivated
* Be target-driven
