We are looking for a sales and business development executive to focus on our lead generation activities in our data analytics consulting start-up. This role is a commission only based role, giving the successful candidates the opportunity to earn substantial compensation if they find productive leads. The sales and business development executive will be responsible for generating leads for our IT consulting firm based on the billing the executive's leads generate. The right candidate will have familiarity with our sector and enthusiasm for prospect identification, cold-calling and phone sales to contact and set appointments with leads. These leads will then be handed over to our technical sales team to be progressed and any work resulting from this will be delivered by our technical consultants.

We are offering a percentage of a leads first year revenue value when they convert into a client. The executive will be entitled to a commission on any billing performed for a client, which became a client from their lead, as compensation. This is likely to result in the candidate receiving c.£90 for every man-day we bill to a lead they were responsible for identifying, contacting and setting an appointment with. If on average, 2 leads the executive finds each month, resulted in wins of 50 man days of work (over the first year); total compensation could average over £54,000+ per annum in the first 2 years, with even greater potential if you are more successful or find clients with large, long term projects.

We specialise in providing data analytics consultancy services to mid-market firms in both the UK and Canada. We work with softwares such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, SQL Server and other data science tools to assist clients with data warehousing/management, analytics, reporting, machine learning/data science and data visualisation. These services and systems help our clients make data driven decisions, helping them drive growth and performance within their businesses.

Other requirements:
- Native/bilingual proficiency in English
- Ideally based in central London or at least able to travel in for occasional meetings and training, (candidates may work from home)
- Minimum weekly commitment of 2 days per week (up to full time if desired)
