eola is an online booking platform and marketplace for the adventure sport & experiential industry. Today, more than 80% of businesses in this sector rely on pen-and-paper. We have built a platform to enable them to come online and start taking real-time online bookings, and collect them together on our marketplace.

Since a beta launch in April, we are already turning over tens of thousands of pounders per month and have huge growth targets for the year to come once we commercially launch, which we want you to be a big part of.

What are we looking for

We are looking for our first sales / growth hire; someone to convert as many businesses as humanly possible across the UK and Europe across all verticals. We want this person to grow with the company; the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow and fully own this critical piece of the business. They need to live and breathe sales.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can come in and graft, day-after-day to bring businesses into the fold. Someone who will fight every day to get that one extra person onboard. Someone with excellent charisma who makes friends with the businesses, and sees them as partnerships rather than points on a scorecard.

You will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility in this role, so you need to be resilient, highly capable, and able manage your own time and budgets. We want someone who has solid experience building and nurturing fantastic sales pipelines from scratch, and can hire and train a sales team beneath them.
