A unique international e-commerce platform for interior design & luxury furniture.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our people, providing administrative support where needed.

Part time (4h/day)
Basic salary
Reporting to General Manager
Office address : 17 Chesham Street, Belgravia London

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
-Liaising with 3rd parties such as shipping companies, accountant, property manager
-Keeping the showroom clean and tidy, greeting clients/guests if needed
-Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
-Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
-Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
-Organising induction programmes for new employees
-Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
-Logistics follow up : Sample shipping/ organizing collections and following shipments / Keeping track of all shipments and samples sent
-Arranging couriers when needed
-Managing office budgets: ordering stationery and required stock for the showroom
-Keeping track of payments and filing / liaison with accountant managing databases and filing systems
-Invoice and quote preparation
-Assisting with content on the website (updating prices, uploading press articles...)
- Research for ad hoc tasks

As a perfect candidate you should bring with you:
You’ll have at five years experience of working in a busy office, within a growing business and you’ll enjoy a varied role, where no two days are the same. You'll relish the thought of working in a thriving, energetic startup and helping us to grow!
You’ll have strong IT skills, including MS Office...You’ll be happy to roll your sleeves up to get things done and you’ll be able to prioritise your workload effectively to meet required deadlines.

You’ll also:
Be a articulate and clear communicator, friendly, open and flexible.
Be a positive individual with a ‘can do’ approach, who enjoys troubleshooting.
Have a service orientated approach, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
Be happy to assist with general office projects as and when needed.
Have an ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Display excellent organisational skills and flexibility.
Be able to think on your feet to offer solutions where needed.
