We are looking for someone to manage the end-to-end process from lead generation all the way through to closing the deals. You have a proven track record of winning new business and love doing it.

As Business Development Manager, your main focus will be to pro-actively win new business.

You have 2+ years experience, you just get it.

You will work toward quarterly targets with very favourable commission on top of your base salary, if you overachieve then you will earn even more, it will be uncapped.

You will find leads from multiple sources including online and at events, as well as travel frequently - where ever the business is.

We have offices in London and Leeds and believe in flexibility, so you can work remotely if that's your style.

- Every day you will be prospecting to find new leads from multiple sources.
- Qualification of leads and opportunities.
- Building proposals.
- Briefing the senior team when leads go to sales.
- Owning and refining the sales cycle.
- You will master sales automation.
- You own your own pipeline and know how to fill it with quality leads.
- You are amazing at networking, you know what events to go to and what ones are a waste of time.
- You can sell marketing, creative or branding.
