In Touch Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established care home provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Home Manager to take the lead and oversee the management and success of their brand new care home in York, which is scheduled to open in December 2018.

This exciting new care development has been expertly designed to provide exceptional care and support to older people with residential and dementia care needs.

As Care Home Manager, you will have full responsibility of the day to day management of the new service, ensuring quality compliance and efficiency at all times. Leading from the front, you will recruit, manage and develop a skilled and committed staff team, ensure policies and procedures are in place, establish positive working relationships with stakeholders and external bodies and work towards raising the profile of the new home to enable you to maximise on occupancy.

The role requires a forward thinking and proactive individual who has a proven background in Care Home Management and current experience working as a CQC Registered Manager of an elderly care home. Commissioning experience will be highly advantageous.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
