Providing excellent service to Tutorfair customers!

We’re looking for a patient, enthusiastic and cheerful individuals to join our Customer Service team to help provide assistance for clients and tutors contacting Tutorfair.

Tutorfair is a website to help parents find tutors. We care passionately about transparency, fairness and equality in education; every lesson supports our mission to make tutoring fair. This is a part-time, paid opportunity to work in a fun and fast growing start-up.

What your role will involve
Answering emails and our online chat
Answering the phone
Monitoring activity on the website to help tutors and clients
Designing and improving the ways we provide customer service

What you’ll get out of it

£9-£11/hour depending on experience
