Burnley - Lancashire

We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to manage a residential home in the Burnley area caring for those people living with dementia.

The salary is competitive for a Manager with the right skills and experience and offers a very generous benefits package which includes a great holiday allowance, up to 25% bonus, contributory pension scheme, bespoke development programme and an employee discount scheme.

Part of your role will be to make sure that the best care is being delivered, continually assessing the residents needs and wishes and develop the service to enhance their quality of life, keep the home occupied utilising links with the local community and positively marketing the home, be accountable for the running of the home making sure it remains compliant with all the company policies and regulatory requirements and take an active leadership role being visable in the home to the residents and their families.

You will need to have experience of working within the healthcare sector, be driven and motivated and strongly believe in quality care. You will need to hold a Registered Managers Award - NVQ Level 4 and have or be willing to work towards the Leadership and Management Award.
