*Job Brief*
We are currently growing at a rapid pace with more and more people using Moneybox. To support this growth we are looking for Lead QA Engineer.

The aim of this role is to provide software quality support to the business, provide guidance to others in the QA function and work on a wide range of projects with the development leadership team to create high quality software products.

*What You’ll Do*
The position will be responsible for Leading the QA function at Moneybox ensuring we release on the highest quality products.
• Play a key role in making the development (and broader) team as efficient as possible
o work closely with the business to define requirements and acceptance criteria, and work closely with developers to rapidly deliver against these
• Define test strategy and create test plans
• Put in place the right tools and processes to build and grow our QA capability.
• Define and setup automation infrastructure Appium, CI, and automate regression suites for iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Work closely with third party provider to implement and test investment solutions.
• Start to scale up team over the next 6-18 months
• This role will be at the heart of the business, and you will be working with tech, product, marketing, compliance, analytics to deliver the best possible, most robust products

*What we’re looking for*
• We’re looking for someone to come on board who is keen to work in a start up and embrace the challenge of building out our QA function
• We need someone who is interested in fintech, and excited to change how people in the UK save and invest
• We want someone who has very high standards and attention to detail, and who will be the voice of the customer inside the business
• As this role will involve working with all parts of the business, you must be able to work with a range of different people across different areas
• You need to be a strong problem solver who is able to embrace new challenges

*Experience and Skills*
• Experience working with native mobile apps
• Hands on with building and executing automated testing using selenium/appium
• Understanding of BDD and agile working environment
• Experience working with CI environment such as Bitrise and Teamcity
• ISTQB Certified Test manager
• Experience working with business / developers to help shape requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with Xcode and/or Android studio and load testing
• Experience recruiting and building out a team and team leadership
• Previous work on high volume transaction sites / apps
