Sauce is revolutionising the way brands produce video content with a unique cloud-based collaborative platform that enables them to easily create content with their teams, ambassadors and community. Since launching last year, Sauce has worked with a wide range of clients such as Honda, Reebok and Manchester City Football Club. Recently Sauce was awarded a place on the Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator programme.

We’re looking for a motivated, highly organised team player to become a key member of a small but growing sales team. You will primarily be responsible for generating sales in target accounts and working with the Sales director to manage and grow these accounts.

You will spend much of the day making outbound calls to prospects, following up on leads and attending meetings. This is a ideal role for someone with experience in lead generation or business development, enjoys the role, and is interested in developing their sales skills within a fast-paced technology startup.

Sauce is revolutionising the way brands produce video content so you must have a keen interest in technology and a good understanding of the video production process / industry.


Primary Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities (booking meeting and demos for the sales team)
- Attending meetings and demoing the Sauce platform
- Working collaboratively with the Sales Director to identify new target accounts
- Extensive research on prospects/contacts
- Cold calling with tailored pitch
- Building and sending targeted marketing campaigns
- Understand Sauce’s offerings and effectively communicate and apply them to each prospect’s needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas and objectives
- Work closely with sales and marketing team members to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

- Key Skills and Qualifications
- Record of accomplishment and achievement in academic and/or professional areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated self-starter
- Exhibits qualities of cooperation, adaptability and flexibility
- An innate hunger for personal and company success combined with a great personality

- Solid understanding of web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies
- Ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
- You have a strong interest in technology and video, and the ability to clearly explain even the most complicated
ideas to a non-technical audience
