Schools in the UK are desperately short on cash as a result of funding cuts. We help them to close that gap by letting out their spaces to community groups.

We’re running over 1,500 events at our partner schools in Oxfordshire and London have and generated hundreds of thousands of pounds in income for them. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the sales team develop warm leads for Community Partnerships Execs. With a strong closing mindset, confidence on the phones and a genuine curiosity about our customers’ needs, you’ll have an amazing time helping them find great spaces.

You'll be coming into a team that crossed the £500k mark in profit given directly to schools with traction of 24 partner schools (and counting), 1,500+ events/month, and 60,000 community users.

What kinds of things will you be responsible for?

- Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Build relationships with new prospects - our typical customers include sports teams, dance instructors, yoga groups and language schools
- Collaborate with Community Partnerships Executives, educate them on details of opportunities and arrange discovery calls with the prospective leads
- Demonstrate the value of School Space to prospects through email and phone communication.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
- Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined market
- Make calls to interested clients in order to understand their business needs and ascertain whether School Space has a venue that is suitable for their group
- Produce an outbound strategy to find and qualify new leads through web searches, local meetups, classified ads and community networks
