Schools in the UK are desperately short on cash as a result of funding cuts. We help them to close that gap by letting out their spaces to community groups.

We’re running over 1,500 events at our partner schools in Oxfordshire and London have and generated hundreds of thousands of pounds in income for them. You’ll be working closely with the rest of the sales team to take warm leads from sales development reps and convert them into long term customers. With a strong closing mindset, confidence on the phones and a genuine curiosity about our customers’ needs, you’ll have an amazing time helping them find great spaces.

You'll be coming into a team that crossed the £500k mark in profit given directly to schools with traction of 24 partner schools (and counting), 1,500+ events/month, and 60,000 community users.

What you'll be getting up to:

- Striving to meet and exceed targets – we’ll set mutually agreeable and realistic targets for sales (commissions very much included which we’d love to you to have)

- Input into our sales and marketing strategy - you’ll be in regular contact via multiple channels with potential customers - your inputs and learning points here will help us to improve our business development effort

- Negotiate rates and close agreements to maximise bookings - we’ve got a regular flow of interest and you’ll be leading the charge to close as many of these as possible

- Become a venue expert - you’ll be developing expert knowledge of our venues to confidently take an enquiry right through to a long term booking whilst dealing with the most challenging of client requests

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - we’re always taking on new schools and existing customers love to expand into new spaces
