Launched in 2016, Placed is a mobile and web app that through its slick matching algorithm and advanced filtering system, helps hospitality venues find quality candidates based on skills, experience, personality and many other role-specific criteria.

Our vision is to successfully disrupt the current recruitment process and exorbitant fee structures for placing junior to mid-level hospitality positions, and become the leader in tech-based recruitment solutions in this sector and we’re now looking for someone to help us do this!

The next step for us is to get the right people in. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves speaking to people, someone who is driven by closing deals and is happy to do so by phone or in face to face meetings. We are looking for someone who is hungry for progression and someone who wants to come into a young company and make a real difference.

This role requires you to be able to deliver on sales targets and have a passion for selling with integrity and determination within a team environment. Sales at Placed equals providing customers and potential customers with the highest service possible. Therefore, we are also looking for someone who is very service minded.

The role is crucial for Placed’s success and development. Initially we are looking for someone who is a great salesperson, but the role could develop into a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager role, managing Sales Executives and Business Development Executives

Responsibilities:
Work to predetermined targets as set by the CEO and CMO, maximising all opportunities to achieve the best results
Continually build and validate a database of contacts via cold calling & inputting data.
Assist the marketing team where needed
Update our CRM system daily with new enquiries and bookings, and perform chase and follow up calls
Go to client meetings
