Salary: Circa £18,000 per annum (Full time equivalent)
Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Location: South Manchester, Lancashire (Commutable Stockport, Wilmslow, Rochdale, Bolton, Warrington. Macclesfield and surrounding areas)

About the role:
The Receptionist – Job Share will be responsible for contributing to the provision of an efficient and effective Reception / front of house service within Head Office.
The post holder will promote a positive image of the organisation to all its customer whilst assisting with general office duties requested from other departments. They will Monitor visitor access, follow security awareness and ensure visitors are checked in through our visitors’ resource central system and issue visitor passes where appropriate as well as effectively and professionally answer incoming calls, redirect as appropriate and take messages when necessary. The Receptionist will also be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing post each day and replenishing stationery stock when necessary and maintain tidiness of the post area, store room and floor stationery storage area.
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience with excellent customer care skills. You will have strong oral and written communication skills with a minimum 4 GCSEs including English. Basic IT skills will be necessary, and you will need the ability to produce documents to a professional standard. You will also need and excellent telephone manner.
Previous housing experience would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
