Job Details:

Business Administration Job Duties:

Providing office support including customer and employee support Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity Researching company data and archived reports Keeping computer databases up to date Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person Answering phones Taking phone messages and passing them on Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering Communicating with materials suppliers and vendors Invoicing Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending Collecting and inputting company data Making travel arrangements for employees Learning about the company's mission and available products/services Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them Building relationships with clients Sending emails Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding Writing and editing company correspondence Collecting and sorting post Assisting with minor technical support Acting as a personal assistant to the practitioners Scheduling appointments and events Ordering office stationery and other supplies Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and getting refreshments Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required Must have a keen interest in health and healthy living Will need to become familiar with our administration software; cliniko, Zoho CRM and cliniqapps. Helping to maintain our social media presence.

Required skills:

Confident. Proven to be punctual and reliable (references to support). Organised & methodical. Smart and professional appearance. Experience Minimum of 12 months similar experience preferred. Office/ Reception Management Professional attitude Filing/ Bookeeping/ Organisation, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Time Management, Communication/ Attention to Detail, Problem Solving and Multi-tasking, Order Management/ Billing/ Reporting/ Researching, Ordering/ Invoicing/ Scheduling, Typing and Computer Skills

Personal qualities:

Candidate must be hard-working, self-motivated and passionate to continuously learn and progress.

Daily working hours:

Working hours start at 4 days a week, 7.5 hours per day. Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. One admin will do 9am - 5.30pm with an hours lunch. The other admin will do 10.30am – 7pm with an hours lunch. This may change if they open a fifth day in the week in which case the hours will become 9am – 4pm and 12pm – 7pm respectively (with an hour for lunch).

Benefits:

£250 bonus after 3 months Further £250 bonus after 6 months Free posture correction for the duration of employment. This is a compulsory element, so all employees are in peak physical health and have a personal knowledge of the treatment and it’s benefits. This is currently worth £249 per month.

Salary:

£206.25 per week

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
