Join a small but continuously growing manufacturer, providing specialist products engineered for the food service sector. Having received 15 industry recognised awards and with a turnover of circa £10m p/a you will become a key member of the management team, acting in a standalone capacity as their interim HR Manager.
You will provide a generalist HR service to the 49 employees within the business, maintaining the HR plan to support the company’s growth strategy.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £32,000 (£40,000 FTE)
Contract: Maternity cover 9 -12 months to start December 2018
Hours: 27.5 – 30 hours per week either across 5 short days or 4 full days – Monday to Friday
Due to the nature of the role we are looking for someone with prior HR experience in a standalone position with a strong employment law knowledge. You will be CIPD qualified or part qualified.
