We are currently going through a large period of growthand have vacancies for Relief Workers.
Position: Relief Support Worker
Location: Calverley Hill, Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Commutable from Tonbridge, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and surrounding areas)
Job type: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: Variable to include weekdays, weekends, night shifts and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Salary: £10.22 per hour

About the role:
The relief Support Worker will effectively support clients with their needs, strengths, abilities and preferences. They will have an understanding of the service delivery and resources available for the homeless population. Clients are given the security and support to maximise their independence, dignity and choice in accordance with the aims of the project.
The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, have good communications skills. Have an understanding of the needs of the client group and ensure that all practice reflects this in a positive way. You will work alongside clients and participate in activities as appropriate. You will also possess good IT skills.
It would be beneficial if you have experience working with vulnerable clients including Mums / Dads and babies.
A Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Certificate will be required for these roles.
