About the role
We have an opportunity for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our team:
You will work hard and fast ensuring that our Neighbourhoods are safe, maintained and enhanced and that customers’ tenancy agreements are adhered to. You will manage a busy schedule of neighbourhood inspections, tenancy visits, meetings and new tenancy sign ups. You will use IT systems efficiently to record accurately all your work and outcomes, often as they occur. You will forge effective working relationships with colleagues and partners.

You'll be an experienced housing professional who can get up to speed quickly, utilising existing housing management skills, knowledge and experience
