About the role
We're excited to have a brand-new opportunity open up for a driven individual with an analytical mind to join our marketing team based in Newcastle. As a Data Reporting Administrator / Junior Analyst. You will support the marketing function through effective performance reporting and analysis, working closely with the CRM team to produce reports on campaign success.
You'll provide customer insight data for inclusion in regular reports submitted to people at all levels within our business as well as identifying areas of the business where information would be key to driving sales. Your ability to extract data from various sources and relay this information effectively will be vital to your success in this role. Liaising with service leads and other stakeholders, you'll need to demonstrate the ability to collate engaging reports by means of clear visualisation and storytelling techniques
The role requires someone who is highly organised to co-ordinate the licences and activity of reporting tools and help maintain the reporting suite. Identifying correlations and trends of information and undertaking validation and quality assurance of customer intelligence information.
To be successful in your application you will need to have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent analytical applications, be proficient with Google analytics and power BI and have a basic to intermediate level of ability in SQL. Relevant work experience within a similar role in administration, preferably from within a marketing function with applied knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting methods is kind of a biggie too. We have a fantastic team here, so we want someone who will work well in a team environment, have good presentation skills and who's focused on delivering the best service to our in-house customers.
