About the role
We now have a fantastic opportunity to join our highly motivated sales team providing high quality administrative support for the Outright Purchase Sales process. This is a fast moving and growing business and you will become part of a highly motivated sales team focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and creating long lasting relationships.
Reporting to the Outright Purchase Team Leader, the successful candidate will have strong administration experience gained from a similar role as you be required to provide high quality administrative support; administrative control of the quote and order process through to receipt of funds and delivery. You will ensure that vehicles are taken from our stock or ordered with the Dealer and managed throughout the process so that customers are kept fully up to date with the progress of their orders.
You will have strong communication skills, building relationships with our rental network to encourage repeat business to ensure along with the Sales Team that the OP monthly/annual sales targets are hit. The role will involve liaising with the Sales Team, the Field Sales Team and Fleet Purchasing Team providing back up support fielding sales calls and meeting monthly targets so a confident and customer focused approach is essential.
