Key Responsibilities:Reconciling accounts Invoicing Updating property details Use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Using specialised property management software SME and Tokeet Ad hoc administration
Required Skills:Must be able to work as part of a small team in a busy fast paced office Enthusiastic and motivated Positive attitude towards work A willingness to learn Good time management and personal organisation Takes initiative
You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.
