Job Details:

Currently seeking an outgoing and pleasant person with a willingness to learn for an apprenticeship at a charity for the blind. Someone who is easygoing with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people is the ideal candidate for this role.

This apprenticeship will work you towards your SCQF level 6 Digital Applications Qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration Filing Data Entry First line inbound calls Customer Service Must be able to work as part of a team Good common sense and aware of health and safety

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm £9106 Procedural training provided Access to once a month all staff training, including BSL -British Sign Language Training 28 days holiday keeping 3 for Christmas Pension scheme (can opt in or out)
