Job Details:

Specialising in Telemarketing, Direct Sales, Events, Data and Payroll the company is looking for an ambitious and hardworking individual to join their office based in Clydebank.

You will join the busy Finance Team assisting the Finance Manager with their day to day tasks and supporting managers with ad hoc duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with payroll preparation Generating Reports Filing Invoicing Helping with Bookkeeping – quarterly VAT reports and profit and Loss preparation Reconciliations Excel spreadsheets HMRC Corresponding

Required Skills:

Good Verbal and Communication Skills Good telephone manner Good computing skills Confident in using Microsoft excel Career focused & willing to learn Good timekeeping Enthusiastic & hardworking

Qualifications

You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm £3.70 per hour or £7215 per year
