Our client is based in central Edinburgh, a reputable Solicitors which prides itself in being number 1 within it's specialism in the country. Services include personal injury litigation, cases and claims.
A reputable and highly respected organization which is looking to bring on board an apprentice administration support officer to assist the wider office and reception within the Edinburgh branch.
Working as part of the wider reception team. Key elements of the role will be administration and reception duties; dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying and scanning, filing, call handling and greeting clients on entrance.
Someone who has excellent communication and customer service skills. Good attention to detail and strong written skills. An enthusiastic and friendly approach is essential.
You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.
