Job overview / purpose

This is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in Customer Service. You will receive training in a wide variety of areas and gain a fantastic amount of experience working for a multinational blue chip organization, whilst attaining a nationally recognized Business and Administration qualification.

Key responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to work and train within a prestigious company.

You will support the Customer Service team with all Customer Service activities:

Dealing with the post Processing customer orders Answering the telephone and passing on calls Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors Filing Using office equipment such as printers & photocopiers Managing Customer Service sample stock

5 days per week,

35hrs per week,

Monday to Friday,

£12,943 per annum
