Gurney & White Limited are currently seeking an ambitious individual for a Business Trade Counter Apprentice position with a company in the Greenhithe area. The candidate will have at least 5 GCSE’s (C and above) including Maths and English and excited to begin a business career.
Main responsibilitiesUpdating the companies bespoke CRM system in regards to orders. Take incoming phone calls from customers and try to advise them to the best of your ability, on what product to purchase. Completing ticket orders. Working on the trade counter. Greet customers in friendly way and take orders from them. Unloading stock from the Warehouse and recording where you have placed it. General Duties within the organisation. Keeping paperwork up to date and in order. To photocopy, scan and fax documents To receive and check Sales Orders and liaise with Production team
Required qualitiesExcellent people and customer service skills Organised and structured admin skills Good level of skills with Excel and other Office tools An interest in business administration
3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
£200.00 per week
