Your Career Opportunities
Head Chef- at this level you’ll be in charge of everything! From menu creation, costs, managing the team, food safety and purchasing.
Sous Chef- you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, deputising for the Head Chef. In addition to your culinary skills you’ll help develop your junior chefs and ensure top-class standards are delivered along with managing the safe operation of the kitchen.
Chef de Partie- generally you’ll be a technical ‘all-rounder’ responsible for cooking dishes during service. You’ll prepare the kitchen prior to service and ensure an exceptional quality of food is always presented.
Commis Chef- you’ll support the other chef’s in the kitchen whilst developing your culinary skills and experience with production of some dishes. At this level we offer bespoke training with those with no previous experience.
