Job Details:

A large maintenance and facilities management company is now seeking an Office Support Apprentice to join the Administration team. This organisation is part of a wider group that offers a range of different services across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Updating & Data Entry to In-House Computer Package (Training Provided) Updating Computerised Spreadsheets Answering Telephones Transferring Calls Photocopying/Filing/Faxing/Franking General Office Support

As the role progresses your duties will include:

Overseeing the daily organisation of the engineers within your area Ensuring your engineers are competent and qualified for the jobs you are sending them to Ensuring any problems engineers may have are addressed promptly or escalated to Engineering Manager Ensure engineers travel times are kept to a minimum Ensuring all jobs are organised properly Ensuring all jobs are covered and attended to within the set response times for each different contract every time Ensuring sites are called in advance to arrange job

Required Skills:

Enthusiastic & confident personality Presentable appearance Pleasant telephone manner Good knowledge of word & excel Excellent time management, and able to work on own initiative


You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 £7,800
