Job overview

Currently seeking an ambitious, confident individual to work as part of a Live Service team with in a fast paced, award winning company based in Woking.

The candidate will need at least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English

Main responsibilities

Raise and manage internal and external incidents for both our clients and Invotra staff members Communicate updates regarding incidents to our clients and internally to colleagues Recording and updating accurate data on the Live Service on a daily basis Assist with Live Service weekly and monthly reporting Building strong working relationships with all key Live Service stakeholders Displaying a professional attitude and behaviour to customers and colleagues alike. Supporting project administrator (task management, reporting) Assisting the team with any other ad hoc duties as required. Weekly calls/meetings with the team to share results and drive best practice We would also see you getting involved in the project management work stream and other general admin tasks

Required qualities

'Switched on' individual who can put their experience and enthusiasm to great use A self starter who is highly motivated with desire to succeed Confident and effective communicator A flair for building effective relationships with both new and existing customers Tech savy, with an ability to utilise systems and other tools available to them

Desired qualification

3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above

Working week

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm


£7800.00 per annum plus travel expenses

Benefits/Future Prospects

Our standard apprentice package is a salary starting off salary is £7800 with capped travel allowance of £300 per month with the anticipation they achieve a salary of £15k upon completion of their apprenticeship on staged upward scale. As an example, typically (but it is merit driven) you receive your first uplift to £12k at 6 months.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
