Makers is at the start of massive growth thanks to the launch of two new products. We need your help to scale up even faster by ensuring large employers have access to the tech talent they desperately need to grow. Your work will have direct impact on the companies we work with and the lives of hundreds of people every year.

We are looking for multiple talented Enterprise Sales Consultants to join our team. You’ll be connecting with the UK’s largest employers and helping them solve their tech recruitment problems and accelerate their digital transformation. We already work with the likes of JP Morgan, Tesco, Ford Labs, Santander, Vodafone and Deloitte, to name a few. You’ll be actively consulting with our clients, understanding their needs and, where relevant, connecting them to the software developers we train, Makers. This involves helping our clients to improve their recruitment practices, helping them to be more inclusive and better at identifying talent. You can read about our overall approach on our blog.

You’ll be encouraged to identify problems and solve them; and to seek out new opportunities and pursue them. In short, you'll have a voice that will be heard and valued.

Success in this role looks like:
You create your own pipeline of opportunities, from scratch
You build trusting relationships with large employers to help them solve their talent and digital transformation challenges
You manage a portfolio of clients and developers with a dedicated delivery team

Researching large employers from our dream list - and adding some of your own - to connect with those who may have the problems we solve
Creating email and social campaigns and other strategies to connect with those employers
Understanding the challenges and needs of the employers you meet
Consulting with the employers and advising them on their digital hiring strategy
Working closely with them to creatively solve their problems
Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure we provide the most amazing service to our clients

Within your first 8 months, you can expect to:
Create a pipeline of dozens of relationships with potential employers;
Sign 1-2 contracts with large employers;
Place your first handful of Makers and sell a few Apprenticeships;
Within your first 12 months, you can expect to:
Place a dozen Makers and a dozen more Apprentices;
Build amazing partnerships with a handful of large employers;
Within your first 24 months, you can expect to:
Place a couple of dozen Makers, sell a handful of Apprenticeship cohorts, and have brought in £m+ in revenue
Build a delivery team around you to deliver to your portfolio of clients

Able to join yoga and meditation sessions run for the students;

Location: Our campus in Spitalfields, London.
Salary: We’ll offer in the region of £, depending on previous (relevant) experience. After a year in the role, you'll be encouraged to set your own salary at least once a year (how do I set my own salary?).
