We are looking for consultative sales professional, with a good balance of account management and new business skills.

This is a unique opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial drive looking to join a high-profile early stage Fintech start-up. Part of a small, dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have real exposure to the business. This role will focus on focus on net new business and this could include selling to new prospects, as well as our existing users and customers.

Creating a high-level firm-wide customer relationships management strategy;
Executing and overseeing the strategy’s implementation;
Create customer communication plan;
Focus on converting registered users into active users;
Daily calls with potential customers and cold calling;
Be part of a team developing an automated in house CRM system;
Liaising weekly with marketing, compliance and investment teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
English fluency required, German / French proficiency advantageous
At a minimum bachelors from a top tier university
3+ years in a professional role
Early stage start-up, finance and real estate experience a plus
Self-starter, ability to work independently & as part of a team
