Part time Administrator
Maternity Cover (FTC) Pro rate £17,500 per annum
initially 6 month Maternity Cover, with the possibility of an extension
This role of administrator involves a great deal of multitasking and multi management of projects. You will work internally with the engineering to oversee some of the operations within the company, project manage, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the needs of the company. Responsibility for office resources and administrative issues. This is an integral, varied and extremely fulfilling role for the successful person.
Focusing on:
* Reporting to the General Manager, taking ownership of the working environment to include front of house, hospitality and reception duties.
* Dealing with purchasing consumables to include receipting, requisitions and placing orders with suppliers
* Full administration support to the Engineering Team to include reconciliation of time log sheets for project work.
* Handling external or internal communication or management systems.
* Developing financial reports and budgets.
* Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
* Liaising with HR and other departments.
* Excellent communication skills to include; interpersonal, verbal and written.
* Touch typing to accurate level (no formal qualifications required).
* Conversant with Microsoft Office, in particular Word (to include ability to format and print), Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Previous office experience.
* Flexible, ‘can do’ attitude.
Hours of Work:
Between 25 – 27.5 hours per week, however flexibility can be offered on start and finish times.
For example:
Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 3.00 pm 30-minutes for lunch. 27.5-hours per week
