Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:00, the role is part time, 2 days a week

£8.50 per hour

Kinetic Industrial are looking to recruit ambitious and keen Administrator to work for our client based in Ashton Under Lyne

The role or Administrator will involve:

The role of the administrator is to help ensure that the health and safety team are recording the necessary information to be compliant with legal regulations, this entails developing complex spreadsheets, reports and presentations which will need to be maintained and kept up to date. The role requires liaising with several people across the health and safety department, the successful candidate will become a key component of the health and safety team and will be required to assist members wherever necessary.

• Organising Paperwork
• Number work
• Using excel – setting up charts, formulas, spreadsheets to assist the team
• Using all Microsoft software
• Processing orders
• Assisting the production manager with manning
• Data inputting
• Internal call taking
• Administrative duties – Outlook, typing letters, filing, post etc

The requirements for the position are:
• Strong Microsoft office skills, in particularly Excel. (IF Statements, VLookups, Pivot tables, Charts)
• Team player
• Organised
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work autonomously
• Must be good with numbers
• Excellent excel experience and knowledge
• Key eye for detail
• Positive and efficient attitude to work
• Able to prioritise work load

The position offers:
• £8.50 per hour
• 08:00 – 16.00 Mon - Friday or 07:00 - 15:00
• On-going temporary position
