An exciting new Administrator role has arisen within our
client's business. Currently two people share the role and have done for the last seven years but one is now looking to retire. We are looking for someone to work Thursday and Friday as well the possibility of coming in on a Wednesday for a handover.

So, what could a normal day consist of?

Maintaining the production schedule

Processing sales orders and producing invoices

Liaising with customers in person and on the phone

Keeping up-to-date records of holiday leave

Maintaining maintenance records

Communicate effectively between departments

The successful candidate for this Administrator position should be able
to cover the holiday leave for the person that they job share with, working hours are 09:30 - 17:00.
