Answering telephone calls

Answering all queries

Data input

Using Excel spreadsheets

Confirming Interviews with applicants

Sending out interview packs to applicants

Covering all aspects of administration

Requirements:

You must have a strong background within administration work - this is essential

You must have excellent communication skills

You must be a very fast learner with excellent attention to detail

You must be available for an immediate start
