This post will provide a friendly and efficient front-line support service for all our WBL partnership & online courses, supporting our E-Learning and Partnership learners and staff where necessary, making quality calls to our learners and employers and, answering general enquiries and ensuring the smooth operation of the college’s partnership/e-learning provision across the year.

Successful candidate will work flexibly as part of the cross college Partnership/E-learning team, contributing to the development of administrative processes, systems and procedures, in order to ensure that a high quality administrative support service is provided to learners and staff. They will ensure that all student records are recorded accurately with attention to detail on college and external systems and to carry out any administrative tasks as required for all online/partnerships courses and to cover absence for other members of the administrative team when necessary. They will also work proactively with a range of internal teams to ensure the WBL Partnerships/classroom & e-learning projects runs efficiently and effectively with all data requirements completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Excellent customer service skills are required to act as the first point of contact for enquiries related to our WBL partnership/e-learning offer from a range of people and organisations.
