Are you a multi-skilled PA/Senior Administrator with a keen eye for detail and fantastic communication skills? My client is a forward thinking and leading distribution business in the BD4 area. They are looking to recruit a PART TIME PA to cover maternity. Ideally you will available to work 3 set days per week with a degree of flexibility. The contract will be at least for 9 months but more likely 1 year. You will be providing administration support to the Senior Management Team (Managing Director, Sales Director, Ops Director, Finance Director, Commercial Manager).Duties include:

- Organisation of events – client and in-house
- Production of reports and databases using Excel and in house systems
- Production of monthly management report
- Production of presentations using PowerPoint
- Production of client letters using Mail Merge
- Travel arrangements – flights, hotels, car hire etc
- Meeting room management (booking requests, catering, replenishment of supplies)
- HR duties – issuing letters of employment & employment contracts, managing staff holidays, assistance with recruitment

- PA duties to the Managing Director as required including handling confidential matters
Key skills required: - Organised
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Mail Merge and vlookup)
- Experience in organising conferences and events
- Ability to multi task
- HR experience
- Confident
- ‘Can do’ approach

Part time (15hrs per week over 3 days)
Hourly rate: £11.00 circa
Temporary maternity cover (at least 9 months, up to 12 a possibility)
Car parking on site
