A solicitors who specialise in providing legal advice and legal representation to both private clients and those who qualify for Legal Aid are looking for an office junior to assist with the operation of the business.

Our client are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and articulate apprentice to join a small team in Airdrie/Hamilton
The role can be fast-paced at times and adaptability is key, as well as working as part of the team and working on individual basis.
There will be opportunities for progression routes for hard working, dedicated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:Filing Answering telephones Copying Faxing Archiving Banking Collecting Opening mail General junior duties Attendance Sheets Speaking with clients
Required Skills:Communication is key- speaking with both clients & employees Someone who is confident on the phone and directly speaking to clients Nice polite manner Smartly presented due to the nature of the business Good time-keeping Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
