We are currently recruiting a Management Accountant to join our busy Accounts team at Treloar School and College, rated Outstanding by OFSTED and CQC. This is a varied and interesting role supporting the Financial Controller. Responsibilities include preparation of budgets and management accounts for Cost Centre Managers, Senior Management, Governors and Trustees in a timely manner. This will include identifying and investigating variances and helping to implement innovative solutions to achieve financial targets.
The successful candidate will hold a recognised accountancy qualification and will be an effective communicator with extensive knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software. Proven experience in the production of budgets is essential and experience of using Sage 200 is desirable.
