Job Details:

An industrial engineering and supply company based in Carluke are now looking to recruit a hard working assistant for data entry. All applicants should have a keen interest in working within a busy office environment and being responsible for their own workload.

The role offers 30 hours per week, flexi time between 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. This Data Entry Assistant position would be in a Digital Applications Apprenticeship capacity through QA.

Key Responsibilities:

General office admin Typing up sales invoices Correlating invoices with delivery notes Processing and packaging orders Managing monthly email campaign Filing Social Media Marketing Accurately recording information and data into bespoke databases and using document management systems to input, access and retrieve information.

Required Skills:

This position would be ideal if you are a person who : Enjoys working with people, uses initiative, has a friendly and confident manner with a pleasant personality, is able to work without direct supervision and accomplish tasks set, is able to clearly and confidently present information, has excellent communication skills.


You must have at least 5 National 5 grades, qualifications must include Maths and English.

Additional Information:

Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm £4.50-5.50 per hour
